Hundreds of farmers reportedly watched in awe as the 27-year-old Stanford post-graduate waving at the aged and the young who had gathered at the sleepy Medak village called Mulugu yesterday.

Sources say that Brahmani, the daughter-in- law of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief Chandrababu Naidu reportedly impressed farmers very much talking about about crop yields and enquiring about their health. She also joined Naidu on a landmark padayatra in Warangal in January this year and she toured Mulugu mandal yesterday where she accompanied her husband Lokesh and mother-in-law Bhuvaneshwari to interact with farmers.

On her first full-fledged public appearance and interaction with farmers, Brahmani reportedly won the hearts of farmers when she asked them about production and improving small-scale businesses, with Naidu indicating recently that she was taking over management of the family enterprise Heritage Foods Limited.

She reportedly carried herself well during her interaction with the youth on Friday and is expected to accompany Lokesh in the youth conclaves he plans to address in colleges on behalf of TDP next year. At Medak looking at Brahmani, local villagers reportedly said she will do extremely well in politics and said she has won their hearts.
