The most expensive film ever made in the history of Tollywood is all set to come into light. Mahesh Babu’s most awaited flick 1-Nenokkadine is ready to hit the screens on Jan 10 all over the globe. Trade circles and movie buffs are totally concentrating on this film as it is the first biggie of 2014.
Sentiments are strongly in favor of 1-Nenokkadine. Super Star Krishna was known as Sankranthi hero in olden days. Mahesh Babu is continuing his father’s legacy in this aspect too. Mahesh has 75% success rate in Sankranthi films. While Takkari Donga flopped at box-office, Okkadu, Businessman and Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu are more or less super hits. 1-Nenokkadine is expected to turn Mahesh’s Sankranthi success rate into 80%.
Other than Mahesh Babu, 1-Nenokkadine has several big names behind it. Sukumar took ample time in writing and shooting his dream film. He has taken utmost care to match up with the expectations of Mahesh fans. Devi Sri Prasad has given a different yet great music for this film. Though few of the listeners were disappointed with its audio initially, everyone started liking the songs on repeated hearings. Kriti Sanon is appearing as next big heroine of Tollywood.
Cameraman Ratnavelu is another major asset of 1-Nenokkadine. Producers Ram, Gopi and Anil take extra care when it comes to Mahesh’s film as they are his hardcore fans. Their promotional activities are unique and innovative. Eros International has joined the project almost during final stages and distributing this film worldwide.
High technical standards, breathe taking stunts and chase sequences, Sukumar’s screenplay and Mahesh Babu’s performance are said to be major highlights of 1-Nenokkadine. Mahesh has put his blood and soul to make this film. He has undergone a huge transformation in makeover. He is looking like a twenty year old youngster in the posters. His son Gautham Krishna is debuting with this film. So it is going to be a double treat for Ghattamaneni fans.
On the flip side, three things may majorly work against 1-Nenokkadine. A major threat is sky high expectations. Due to extraordinary promotions, never-before wonders are being expected from this film. If 1-Nenokkadine doesn’t meet the expectations, it may open to divide talk. 70+ crore budget is the second factor. 1-Nenokkadine has to be extraordinary to bring profits to all the involved parties. 1-Nenokkadine full run gross will definitely depend on Yevadu’s result. As Yevadu will be out after two days of ’1′, if it carries a better talk than ’1′, it may harm the film during festive days.

After Ponnam Prabhakar who said he will blast CM’s helicopter, now it is the turn of TRS chief KCR’s daughter Kavitha who has reportedly made some controversial remarks against the CM Kiran Kumar Reddy.
Referring to the Chief Minister's frequent usage of cricketing analogy that the Telangana match is not done till the last ball is bowled and that he would fight till the last ball to prevent AP bifurcation, Kavitha reportedly said instead of cricket balls, they will use bombs to attack the Chief Minister.
She said that the people of Telangana had driven away the mighty Nizam and Kiran Kumar Reddy is nothing for them adding that resolve of Telangana people should not be underestimated since the region boasts of a history of mass movements.
Kavitha made these comments at the venue of Sampoorna Telangana Sadhana Deeksha and also made sure that Telangana Minister D Sridhar Babu doesn’t get any extra credit for resignation as minister!
