YSRCP chief Jaganmohan Reddy’s comment on AP Assembly speaker Nadendla manohar whether he had any brains in introducing the Telangana Bill has reportedly opened up a new controversy and also some furious reactions from all politicians.
Jagan asked whether the speaker has any sense at all even as he had questioned the Speaker’s visit to Lucknow to study the procedure followed during the bifurcation bill.

Jagan added further insult to speaker with his comment that even a boy of 6 years can easily say how the way bifurcation being done in AP is different from that of UP. He mentioned there is no such resolution in AP assembly as in UP and other states.
But Jagan’s comments saying the speaker was brainless is attracting a volley of criticism and chances are that he may be served privilege notice for insulting a constitutional authority!
